1. Clean the fish 2. pounce the spice together and add the other ingredients one by one as listed above. 3. Mix the mixture evenly. 4. cut the banana leaves in square shape. approximately 20cm each. 5. put the betel leaves above the banana leaves. Add on the mixed ingredients. 6. fold the banana leaves together. 7. tie the top of banana leaves so that the mixture does not fall. 8. steam the prepared leaves above the hot boiling water for about 20 minutes. 9. Food is served.
